Start your home or business project and we match you with a local contractor. Contractors can join our network, and local businesses can advertise. What would you like to do?
Local providers can apply to receive requests that match their trade and service area. License and insurance information is required to join.
Become an approved service provider
Tampa Services is a local marketplace for homeowners, business owners and property managers across Tampa Bay. You tell us what your property needs once. We look for a provider who does that kind of work and covers your ZIP code, and we offer your request to one provider at a time.
That's on purpose. You won't get a dozen calls from companies racing each other, and your phone number isn't sold to a list. Only the provider who accepts your request sees your contact details. They're expected to reach you within 6 business hours, and if they don't, we can move your request to the next provider.
Homeowners use us for everyday repairs and bigger projects alike: an AC that quit in August, a roof that needs a look after a storm, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, impact windows, a generator, a new fence. Each service page explains what the work involves, what to ask and what to check before you hire.
Businesses, HOAs and property managers can send commercial requests for HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, generators, build-outs and ongoing maintenance. Commercial requests go to providers who have told us they take commercial work in that area, and you can follow every request from one free portal.
We cover six counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Polk and Sarasota. That runs from the beaches of Pinellas to the lakes of Polk and from Hernando down to North Port. Each county and city page has local notes on who handles permits, flood and storm considerations, and the ZIP codes we cover.
If we don't have a provider for your service and ZIP code yet, we'll tell you rather than send your request somewhere it doesn't belong.
Sending a request is free for homeowners and businesses, and you're never obligated to hire anyone. We're paid by providers, who pay a fee when they accept a request, and by advertisers. Any price for the work itself is between you and the provider.
We're a platform, not a contractor, so we don't do the work or guarantee it. Where you see "license and insurance on file," it means the provider gave us that information at a point in time. Please check their license with the state and ask for a certificate of insurance before work starts. Our free hiring checklist walks you through it.
Not ready to send a request? Start with our free tools: a contractor hiring checklist, a side-by-side quote comparison, a hurricane prep checklist and a repair-or-replace guide. Our free PDF guides for homeowners and business owners go deeper on licenses, insurance, quotes and deposits.
